Can't recommend this company enough. Quick, reliable, through, excellent work and best of all extremely fair pricing. Called at 8:30 to have my garage door fixed. Someone was here by 9:30. By 10:30, my garage door was working perfectly. Initial company I called wanted $69 just to come to my house without doing any work. Garage Door Pro Long Island had no such fee. Nino and Angel were extremely responsive.   They installed a new garage door opener for my Condo.  A few weeks later we had a problem with the door not opening.   Called Nino and he answered his phone right away and we discussed the problem.    He reassured me that the repair was under warranty and told me they would be there the next morning to fix the door.  They arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem.  They also advised us that we needed new springs for the door.    We agreed to the additional repair.   The door is now working perfectly. When my garage door's damaged rails reached a point where I worried it might either not go up again, or not close again, I realized I needed to get it repaired.  I reached out to several companies including Garage Door Pro Long Island, and Nino was the fastest to respond.  We immediately scheduled a time the next morning that was convenient for us both (since Nino was booked that whole day), so he could take a look at how bad my garage door was.  Much to my pleasant surprise, Nino called me later that afternoon to ask if I was still available since he finished with his appointments earlier than expected.  I was and Nino came right over.  When Nino and Angel (his assistant) came, they were extremely professional, had all the equipment they could possibly need, listened to all my needs and concerns, communicated all my options (including very reasonable rates), and then gave me the time and space to make my decisions on how to proceed. I initially contacted Garage Door Pro Long Island and Nino to fix a derailed garage door mechanism.  But I had admittedly ignored my garage door for decades.  During the Estimate visit, I realized and trusted that Nino would be the right guy to replace the entire garage door (and not just fix this lingering rail problem).  He and I were on the same page but I stated my desire to replace the entire door.  He never even suggested it.  Once I asked him about it, he agreed this was a better long-term course of action and investment in my property.  His quote was extremely reasonable and he worked with me to have it fit within my budget, even though I didn't intend on spending this much money on a whole new garage door. Lots of things about my garage door were out-of-standard.  Not only was the door decades old and rusting from within (with holes large enough for the cats to walk in and out of the garage), but the door frame was also 3 inches off from the standard height (6'3" vs. 6'6"), and the garage door frame sides were also thicker than standard (so they initially got in the way when the new door closed).  Even with all of these unexpected factors (that led to delays in completion), Nino and Angel just worked through these things to fix them, all the while keeping me informed of what was going on. They promised the job would take about 4 hours (even before knowing about some of these delays), and they still finished earlier than promised.  I appreciated that Nino fit me in in between several jobs already scheduled that day because I need to travel out of town for a few days.  Payment was easy, with a receipt and a smile.  Nino and Angel left my garage looking quite brand new, with a little garage door lock and handle and everything.   The garage door has never looked this good and worked so smoothly.  It's ready for another 20 years (just kidding... but probably).  I am really glad that I hired these professionals and hope you will be too.  If I ever need their help again, they're my first call.  If someone asks me for a referral, they're top of my list. NOTE: I will add the post-Nino Garage Door photos later.  I was so excited with their work that I forgot to take a photo :-)
